Paneer Mutter Masala



Paneer Mutter Masala
Prep Time: 20 mins
Cooking Time: 10 mins
Serving: 4

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Oil
1 cup blanched green peas
100 gms pf paneer cubes
1 tsp jeera
Pinch of asafoetida
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp Kitchen King Masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
Salt to taste
2 tsp finely chopped fresh Coriander for garnish.

Method:
  1. Prepare the gravy and keep it ready.
  2. Heat 1 tsp of oil and fry the paneer cubes till the edges get golden colour. (THIS STEP IS OPTIONAL)
  3. Heat oil add jeera and let it splutter and then add asafoetida. Add the gravy and sauté for 3-4 mins.
  4. Add water for desired consistency.
  5. Add the green peas and let it cook for 5 mins.
  6. Add paneer and kasuri methi and adjust the salt as gravy already has some salt.
  7. Add kitchen king masala and chopped coriander and remove.
  8. Serve hot with your favourite Indian bread or pulao.
Co-zy Tip:
  1. Use frozen green peas as they cook quickly and taste better and also readily available in all seasons.
  2. If you are using frozen paneer thaw them to room temperature before cooking.
