Cucumber Raita

Ingredients:
1 bowl of curds
1 cucumber grated
1 green chilli chopped
2 tsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Method:
- Whip the curd well without lumps and add all the ingredients to it.
- Add water to you desired consistency.
- Serve with Biriyani of your choice.
- If you like your raita thick do not add water.
- You may even chop the cucumber finely instead of grating.
- You can grate a small carrot too to make more vibrant.
