Ingredients:
1 bowl of curds
1 cup of mint leaf puree
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
Method:
- Whip the curd well without lumps and add mint puree and salt.
- Garnish chilli and cumin powder
- Serve with Biriyani of your choice.

You may adjust the consistency to your liking, but this
raita tastes best thick.
