Boondi Raita

Ingredients:
1 bowl of curds
1 cup boondi
½ tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Method:
- Whip the curd well without lumps and add boondi and salt to it and sprinkle red chilli powder.
- Garnish with coriander
- Serve with Biriyani of your choice.
- You may adjust the consistency to your liking, but this raita tastes best thick.
- Add Boondi just before serving for the crunch.
