Ingredients:
2 tbsp fresh Grated coconut
1 tsp jeera
2 tsp coriander seeds
2-3 green chillies
1” ginger
4-6 cloves of garlic
2 tsp of fresh coriander
Method:
Add them to a blender and make a fine paste add water if necessary.

- You can make the gravy in large quantity and store in the freezer in small air tight containers and use it within 15 days to make different curries quickly.
- Using this gravy you can make Bottle gourd curry, Drumstick Curry, Cabbage Curry, Ridge gourd Curry and Tindora curry.
