Coconut Gravy

Coconut Gravy

Serving: 4

Ingredients:
2 tbsp fresh Grated coconut
1 tsp jeera
2 tsp coriander seeds
2-3 green chillies
1” ginger
4-6 cloves of garlic
2 tsp of fresh coriander

Method:
Add them to a blender and make a fine paste add water if necessary.

Co-zy Tip:
  1. You can make the gravy in large quantity and store in the freezer in small air tight containers and use it within 15 days to make different curries quickly.
  2. Using this gravy you can make Bottle gourd curry, Drumstick Curry, Cabbage Curry, Ridge gourd Curry and Tindora curry.
