Ingredients:
200 gms Paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tomatoes chopped
1 cucumber sliced
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 carrot grated
1 onion thinly sliced
Salt to taste
½ tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp chat masala
2 tsp chopped fresh coriander
1 lime juice
Method:
- Take a salad bowl and add all the vegetables and crumble the paneer and add.
- Add rest of the ingredients and toss it gently.
- Serve immediately.
